Abson Jhon Alejandre – is a Filipino varsity tennis player. A Philippines resident since birth, Abson abson john Alejandreis a college student, present as tennis athlete at National University, (NU) Bull Dogs Men’s Lawn tennis team since 2015. He is now currently rank #28 in the Philippines men’s doubles category.

The rookie Alejandre, made his first varsity history, after he clinched his fresh entry championship title throned in the year of 2015, titled as UAAP Season 75 Men’s lawn tennis college tournament championship.

Abson, Jhon Alejandre’s career has been successful in the following year. Abson was one of the keys to win four consecutive victories (“4-time Champs” he said) on the National University(NU)Bulldogs Men’s Lawn tennis team of UAAP Season 76 ’77’ 78.

EARLY LIFE CAREER BIO:

Alejandre Jhon Abson started playing tennis at the time his dad brought him to the tennis court at the age of 6. In fact, with the full support of his parents, he achieved his first age-grouper tournament competition was “Smart-Head Junior Age-Group  National Tennis Tour” held at Davao City, Philippines.

Alejandre’s career journey in elementary school level competition, led’s 4-time medalist of “Palarong Pambansa” the most prestigious sports events in the Philippines.

In boys secondary level, He was, bring home the bronze medal single’s category in the year of 2013. The sweat of handwork, courage, and skills was the key to bring another bag of the gold medals in singles and doubles men’s competition and the bronze medal for team event categories.

The handwork and perseverance has been paid, After he got the attention of National University(NU) when they offered him to become a varsity player. It opens the door to his dream, knowing that it will be his ticket to become a Professional Tennis Player someday.

“When I was rank number 6 in the Philippines in 18 under boys during the year 2015 My sponsor is Babolat. My apparels like; strings, rackets, bags, shoes all sponsored by Babolat Philippines” He said on PhilTennis interview.

Abson Jhon won the 18 under the category of boys doubles champion title in Olivares International Tennis Cup the age-grouping junior tournament cup in the Philippines.

He said: Yes I have downfall times especially when I lose my game. My motivation motto is “Never Give Up.”

After tons of effort, practice, sacrifices, took failure as a strength, following pieces of advice of his best coach his Father he earned 69 titles of trophies in age-group competition.

“The best coach of my tennis career is My father and coach Karl Sta.Maria they trained me to become a better tennis player” He said on PhilTennis interview.

He made his history in Philippine tennis society, And now his a 3rd-year college student-athlete in National University known as NU Bulldogs he a dedicated and robust athlete at the same time a full-time student.

Abson Jhon said that he is not yet a professional tennis player but after his college degree, he try to compete ITF Tournament abroad.
